Hello I can also confirm this one. I have got the same chipset: it is automatically detected by Ubuntu Edgy. I didn't need to do set it up using ndiswrapper. There seems to be a similar or same problem in Suse: http://www.linuxforums.org/forum/suse-linux-help/67790-p2p-torrent-hangs-suse-10-10-1-a-2.html I also can't find the log for it, anybody knows?
