So, I ran this:
  *sudo /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup*
... and my Virtualbox as running again with the new kernel-version.

So: is this now still a bug or just a
virtualbox-startup-check-improvement-opportunity (or how do I phrase that?
;-))
