OK - I ran a couple of test prints from Intrepid and it is certainly much better :-)
If, however I try to print the same contents (select pages 1-2 in the print dialogue) of the Firefox browser from the URL I posted in the original report, I do not get any errors on the printer, it does not create a first blank page, but, the second page is still corrupted with the "wrapped text" issue. I also printed a couple of pages of a manual from Envince twice. The first time round the print output itself was fine, but I think I got an extra blank page so I tried again. The second time it wouldn't print at all - an error dialogue popped up saying (IIRC) "Failed to Print: Too many printing errors" or something similar. Printing the same pages from within Adobe Acrobat Reader was perfectly fine however. So, my conclusion is that it seems a great deal improved from the last time I tried but I am not sure if it is completely fixed - or if the remaining problems are more to do with the content or rendering applications. The URL test especially; as the printed output has exactly the same errors as in my original post I wonder if there is a bug in Firefox or something... I have attached the output of printingbuginfo. Thanks for looking into this and I hope all this is of some help. ** Attachment added: "Printingbuginfo output" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/18101191/printingbuginfo -- Intrepid: KM2530DL Printing Errors https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/273021 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
