Binary package hint: openoffice.org
Recently installed openoffice.org suite ( Version 1:2.4.1-1ubuntu2 ) on
a new 8.04LTS server.
Noticed that 2 users could have the same writer file open at the same
time.
Edited the /usr/lib/openoffice/program/soffice file so that
SAL_ENABLE_FILE_LOCKING = 1
export SAL_ENABLE_FILE_LOCKING
is forced.
Locking seems to work OK now.
