I subscribed to the mailing list as suggested. With all due respect, this bug report was written because a new theme has been promised twice now. The current default theme is hideous and people are trying their best to speak up about it. There is an outcry for change and the community wants to be heard. I have read one review on the beta and the new artwork was mentioned in a very negative manor. There is still time to change this situation and community members have submitted some quality artwork that could be used.
There was community outcry about the EULA that Mozilla wanted to include and there was change.
