Ori, I had this problem and after reading your post I rebooted the computer. When I plugged in an USB drive it appeared on the desktop, like it used to do.
OK, so it seems to be solved. Will it manifest itself after the computer will run a little bit more?. I'm saying this because I had an uptime of 2 days and something when I rebooted...
