Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: yelp

Using Intrepid, system up to date. Hopefully full "report a problem"
information automatically annexed hereto.

>From the command line, I execute
 $ yelp info:sed
A window opens, showing the first page of the sed manual. If I click either on
a link in the main pane, or on a heading in the left-hand pane, yelp hangs. The
System Monitor reports that it's doing a futex_wait. It doesn't wake up!
