Hi, Thanks for working on this. Your patch looks sensible to me, however there was a new upstream release over the weekend, including this:
* Sleep modules are stackable and have finegrained method detection. For instance, if you like s2disk but not s2ram, you can remove the s2ram binary and pm-utils will automatically fall back to using kernel methods for suspend/resume. so we should perphaps evaluate using the new upstream version, or backporting this fix to our current package. I plan to look at this soon.
