The "kde" package installs all the official KDE applications, but does
not install the default configuration or default Kubuntu applications.
We recommend installing "kubuntu-desktop" when you want a KDE Desktop.
That will also install the language selector.
However System Settings should not attempt to run the language selector
when it's not installed, so I'm moving this bug to kdebase.

- I have fully configured for Russian language Gnome. I decided to install KDE.
- After login in KDE session I found it did not install Russian language so the
config wizard is available only in English. Furthermore, it is even impossible
to install Russian support through KDE Control Center. When trying install
Russian it executes 'qt-language-selector --mode install', but says the command
is incorrect.
- Trying install qt-language-selector from apt (apt-get install
qt-language-selector) also reports there is no such package.
