Alexey,
I installed with alternate cd.  It wouldn't boot after ejecting cd.  I shut off 
the wireless in bios.  
It booted twice, I installed the first set of updates and it rebooted again.  I 
have 6 more updates then I'll try rebooting a couple times.
If that works I'll turn the wireless back on and see what happens.

If this seems to be the problem should the info go to the iso testing team on 
that page?

Just to let you know: this issue may be triggered using 8.10 beta
Desktop CD (aka LiveCD).

But if you have some time to spend and resources, it is always a good
idea to check how upgrade works and provide feedback to developers [1]
