I just tried it and it has no effect except lowering my resolution. I also tried Option "metamodes" "1920x1200" (to match my monitor's resolution) but it has no effect on the monitor suspend. It still won't go to sleep. This has to be looked at by someone who knowns the nvidia driver internals well.
