Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: acpid

I just installed intrepid on my Toshiba Satellite L40-17O.

The first thing I notice is that CPU usage is continuesly 100%. It turns
out to be acpid that is spawning processes.

Attached is a 'strace -f -p $PID' output.
