Public bug reported:
Using the latest Intrepid Ibex Beta alternate CD I setup my system. The
keyboard selection on installation identified my keyboard as US
International 105-key. Once I got up and running the ",~ keys would not
work, either in the text editor nor search line of Google using Firefox.
I went to Preferences|Keyboard|Layouts and added a USA layout then
removed the US International layout setup on installation. The keyboard
is working now.
The setup process should be updated to correctly identify the keyboard.
