I do not have the NoScript extension. I don't think it would be related to that, though, since unchecking the 'Disable or replace context menus' button basically tells firefox to disable the sites JS settings on right-click. For instance, some sites write a script into the page that disallows right-clicking so you cannot save images from the site. Unchecking that button disables those scripts so that you can right- click and save images or whatever. At least that is how I understand it.
