Hi! I can confirm this BUG to. I'm using ubunut 8.04.1 with linux- image-2.6.24-19-xen with software raid (RAID-1) on nVidia MCP51 Serial ATA Controller.
Te BUG don't occur with intrepid kernel, 2.6.27... But, that kernel doesn't support Xen DOM0, only DOMU. So, don't solve my problem... I'm using the debian etch kernel (2.6.18) on Dom0, and ubuntu 8.04 as domU. At least, the server doesn't crash anymore...
