mcas I followed your instructios.
At certain point, it stopped. I had to press space key ( or any other) and keep it pressed to finish the boot. I installed the system twice- first from a cd and then from update, and it keep happening. I made a upgrade to version 8.1 in my desktop also, and it runs well.
