The mkchroot.sh script has wrong path for sftp-server and rssh_chroot_helper
programs and aborting with errors.
It should be:
sftp_server_path="/usr/lib/openssh/sftp-server"
chroot_helper_path="/usr/lib/rssh/rssh_chroot_helper"
