Public bug reported:

I'm looking for "pand" on Ubuntu 8.10 (64bit) Beta. If I call it an info
message appears which introduces me to install "bluez-utils" package, but this
is still installed. The pand man page also exists. So what's going on?
I still trying to get a PAN connection to my XDA Orbit 2 (HTC Touch Cruise) to
use the Internet Connection Sharing ...

** Affects: bluez-utils (Ubuntu)
