Right its like the logitech G15 keyboard it has a small LCD that displays various stats gamming for the gamers CPU usage etc etc I use lavalys Everest to display temperatures and whatnot else thta I find usefull on there you can retrive pop3 email open your prefered email client as it is and much much more
