Public bug reported: By default, ubuntu support ipv6, but tftpd doesn't so doesn't work. It's says in daemon.log:
tftpd: read: Connection refused
A workaround it's to disable ipv6 with:
echo "blacklist ipv6" >>/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist
and reboot.
