I can confirm that: It worked perfectly fine in Hardy, now on Intrepid it's broken. In my case, xev doesn't give me anything... doesn't seem to even recognize there is a key...
By the way: I don't think this should be assigned to pommed, as I'm not using it. But even without it, it worked on Hardy and isn't working in Intrepid.
