Public bug reported:
Finished installing updates on Tues 14th Oct and there was a little
lightbulb icon in the system tray so I clicked it to display the message
about the new menu that's now available for logging out and instant
messaging status, etc.
I clicked the Run It Now button on that message box but instead of
running anything, it just displayed an error message because it couldn't
find the applet.
Laptop is a Samsung Q35.
