Public bug reported:
I have already send this Bug in German Language, but somebody asked me
to send in english language
I've deleted Evolution E-mail Software by using Synaptic.
After deleting the Evolution E-Mail Icon from the upper panel,(Rigthclick on
the responsible Icon)
the whole upper panel dissapeared
