If we were sorcerers fixing it would be trivial indeed. Thing is, we are
only ninjas, so no luck there.

Anywho, KUser is going to be rewritten from scratch, with new user interface 
and fancy design and stuff. That is only going to happen for KDE 4.3 or 4.4 
though, until then this bug will not be fixed.
There is a good chance KUser will be replaced by userconfig (pythonKDE based 
app) as in KDE 3, if it will embedd in systemsettings is still unkown though.
Same applies for the printer, which already is pythonKDE.

I am closing this bug as Won't Fix for now, technically it is a can't
fix. But rest assured, once we are able to embedd these applications in
systemsettings again, we will do that.
