Hi !
I am on Windows XP SP3 with Ubuntu 8.10 intrepid guest. I have installed
virtualbox-ose-guest-utils and virtualbox-ose-guest-sources on the VM.
The module has been built but nothing happened. so I tried to do sudo
/etc/init.d/virtualbox-ose-guest-utils start and tried to launch
VBoxClient but still nothing happened ...
I also tried to launch sudo /usr/share/virtualbox/x11config.pl and then to
restart Xorg. I was able to use the mouse inside the VM without clicking in it,
but there was a big problem. Each time I moved the mouse in the VM, it was
always going into the bottom right of the screen. So the mouse was unusable.
The "resolution autofit to window" still didn't worked with this command-line.
I don't know what to do now, I think the vbox guest additions should be
easier to install, and enabled as soon as the guest package is
installed.
