When the disk got full by such a job, can you post the output of
ls -l /tmp/gs*
ls -l /var/spool/cups/*
ls -l /var/spool/cups/tmp/*
and also attach /var/log/cups/error_log
This helps us to see in which stage a temporary file grows infinitely.
