Thanks for reporting this bug. Obviously several people are observing
this behaviour. These reports all come from the prior to these reports
all come from prior to the release of KDE4.1.2. Does the problem still
exist in KDE4.1.2 for you?
I just tried the actions described in dotancohen's screenshot and the
reaction is pretty instant on my system which runs current intrepid with
KDE4.1.2
