No, I haven't sent this bug to Gnome yet, though I don't have time to at the moment. The screenshots are linked about in my OP, and yes, this bug happens every time I try. On a side note, I recently had to do a reinstall of Windows Server 2003 for unrelated reasons, so I will try everything again and see if the reinstall somehow magically fixed the problem.
