I know Nautilus is confusing the virtual and real SCSI world because- taking the ZIP drive out clears the issue. I happen to have hardware that the GNOME project has not seen in a good long while, that's all. They haven't tested their code against this hardware because it has become rare over the passing years. I've already said that I'll not fool around with this on bugzilla because I have a work around that is reasonable, and I've not got the energy to start all over again with a new set of people who don't think there is really a problem.
