What I have to do to encounter the bug: I Put one song in the song queue. Then I wait until rhythmbox has finished playing (or I fast forward the song it doesn't matter). It is important that I don't stop playing manually because then everything is fine.
What I would expect: That rhythmbox doesn't block suspend anymore (because it doesn't play a song). what I actually encounter: Rhythmbox blocks suspend. Maybe an visual indication of the underlaying problem is that the rhythmbox applet in the panel indicates that rhythmbox is playing music (the blue lines around the symbol are available). Althrough as stated above rhythmbox has finished playing. To sum up rhythmbox doesn't seem to be able to sense that it doesn't play anymore (perhaps that has been a better summary) and is therefore blocking suspend. I hope this description is useful. -- rhythmbox still blocks suspend when current song queue has finished https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/289974 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
