Public bug reported:
A lot of times after suspend the scroll wheel don't work after suspend.
Then I need to unplug the mouse, or restart the xserver
(CTRL+ALT+Backspace) and login again.
The unplug of the usb mouse is not a big problem, but this is a laptop,
so the scroll function on the mouse pad is also offline so to speak.
Using Dell D610 laptop, Intel graphic 91x ser.
