I just fixed it

Logout and 
rm -rf private-keys-v1.d
rm gpg.conf gpg-agent-info-rome

It's working :)

Now I don't have the private-keys-v1.d nor the  gpg-agent-info-rome. I
guess the  gpg-agent-info-rome was the root of the problem.
