Public bug reported:
Installed Intrepid Ibex RC on eeepc 701 (all packages are up to date),
tried to record sound with sound recorder. The length of the recording
is incorrect: in a few seconds recorder reports 10 minutes or more. Can
only close by forcing it to quit. It does not matter which format is
used Wav, oga, ...
