Same bug here.. Exactly as stated above.. Hangs on boot, unless key is pressed (I've been pressing Capslock)
Intrepid, 2.6.27-7-generic. lspci results attached. Hardware: HP Pavilion dv9920us (dv9000 series) Hope a fix can be found..
