With some help from Linuxquestions, I found the solution for the problem: In alsa-base I've added: options snd-hda-intel index=0 model=lenovo
In the sound preferences I've put ALSA in stead of auto detect. After reboot, there was a popup from asoundconf : use set-default-card and after that, there was sound (even on headphones - with speakers switched off).
