Public bug reported: While in a GNOME sessions (F7) and I try to switch to a TTY, my screen turns black and it goes right back to the GNOME session. If I try to switch to the TTY again soon after it had failed, it goes there no problem. It should not switch back to GNOME after I switch to a TTY (Ctrl+Alt+F1-6)
I am using Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex 8.10, which I upgraded from Ubuntu Hardy Heron 8.04 yesterday. This did not happen on Hardy. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Switching to TTY from GNOME goes back to GNOME https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/292728 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
