this happens now in NM 0.7 properly. fwiw, lots of users complained that
interface is torn down on logout ... thus latest NM 0.6 didnt do that
anymore. in 0.7 you can configure system settings if you want interface
up after logout, so we are back to normal behaviour for user-configured
connections.
