I'm having the same problem, or a very similar one. After my laptop went idle or I restarted, my bluetooth mouse and keyboard stopped working and could only be used again after deleting them from known devices and pairing them over again. Changing the visibility setting from "hidden" to "temporarily visible" got my mouse working just now, however.
