Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-subtitles

... because latter is a metapackage which includes not only runtime libs but
also examples and documetation. So, at the moment installation of
gnome-subtitles brings the whole bunch of Mono documentation. This slows down a
process (building monodoc indices takes quite a while) and craps the system
with unneeded stuff.
I feel it should depend on "real" packages (like libgtk2.0-cil) instead.

Versions: Ubuntu 8.10, gnome-subtitles-0.7.2-1ubuntu1

** Affects: gnome-subtitles (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
