Public bug reported:
I have forced 2 packages to there older version (flash player to version
9 and kopete to the non-kde4 verson). on both I have selected to 'lock'
there version. but the kopete package keeps getting marked as though it
needs to be upgraded.
if i do
sudo apt-get update;sudo apt-get upgrade
I get:
Reading package lists... Done

flashplugin-nonfree

kopete
1 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 1 not upgraded.

but kopete is suppose to be locked to the older version!
