Public bug reported: Binary package hint: system-config-printer
Possible regression of #263049 in 1.3.9-2 ? (I initially commented on #263049, but as that bug was closed already, and I'm not sure if it is the same - should not as it was fixed, I'm opening a new bug here) Not sure if it is the same bug, but I at least experience the exact same problem as #263049 since I upgraded Hardy to Intrepid two days ago. I had the same problem earlier (pre-Hardy), but all got fixed in Hardy. Now in Intrepid the problem resurfaced. Different (most but not all) tests show the printeable arease scrolled upwards, cutting of a header and leaving soms blank space on the bottom. Different tests, including the cups test page, shows a difference of about 2-3 cm some apps where the problem shows up: - test page through cups web interface - test page through gnome config panel - PDF files, both via Document Viewer, and acroreader - openoffice - gedit seems not affected: - printing from firefox cups packages are at 1.3.9-2 and up to date at the time of this report ** Affects: system-config-printer (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- printed page area is moved upwards of sheet https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/293690 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
