Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

I'm using ubuntu intrepid on a laptop using sky2 module for the ethernet
connectins. Having NetworkManager started I'm unable to connect to a
wired network, this the syslog messages connected:

signal 15, shutting down normally.
Nov 5 09:24:58 nbvolpi NetworkManager: <info> (eth0): now unmanaged

I'm unable to use dhclient also after I have stopped the NetworkManager service.

The only way I have to connect to the network is to disable the NetworkManager,
restart the system, and to connect to the network by hand.

A very annoying bug.
