I just got a good screen. I tried "vga=0x0301" at kernel prompt. Without kernelparameter the screen is to messed up to see anything. I wouldn't be able to give lspci output or Xorg.0.log.
All fine now. The VX800 Chipset is now supported by Openchrome and Kernel 2.6.28, I think.
