The clock doesn't show weather info for me either, even though the checkbox is marked.
My city (Leiden, Netherlands) isn't listed, so I have to enter the timezone and coordinates manually. The closest weather info is from Valkenburg, Netherlands, but that info is not shown when I enter my city. Conversely, I do get weather info when I choose Valkenburg, Netherlands, but then I can't change the location name and coordinates anymore. The dialog allows me to edit them, but it simply disregards my edits when I click Okay. The applet should either allow me to specifiy both my own location and the weather info to use, or select the closest weither info automatically. I think this is a regression from some earlier version, because my old installation (upgraded in place over the years from warty or something like that all the way to jaunty) does show both the correct location and weather info. -- no weather information in gnome panel https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/216197 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
