I have retried installing Inkscape with Synaptic. Selecting Inkscape and option "Sélection pour réinstallation" (en Français) (In English : selecting for reinstall ?). It works and Inkscape seems to work good. The command : fuser -v /var/cache/debconf/config.dat gives nothing : [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ fuser -v /var/cache/debconf/config.dat [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ If I can do anything, you can write again. my distrib is : Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex. Installed with live CD x86.
