Public bug reported: Binary package hint: compiz-wrapper
This is the same issue as https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/259385, but I was told to create a new bug since the temporary workaround released does not workaround the issue for the i945GM card. The problem seems to be that the compiz-wrapper script isn't looking for the PCIID of the i945GM card.
