Since there are confirmations this is still an issue with Intrepid we'll
keep this open against the actively developed "linux" kernel. According
to the SRU policy, the fix should already be deployed and tested in the
current development version before an update to the stable releases will
be considered. So for now I'm closing the lum-2.6.24 task. See:
