after updating from Ubuntu 8.04 to 8.10, not all of the keyboard numeric keys
work, some of the menu icons don't work, the audio does not work (audio did not
work on 8.04 either), video goes 'bananas' occasionally + had to use the 'safe
mode' to boot up.
In short, I am not really pleased with 8.10 so far. The only thing that did
not work on 8.04 was the audio and that was not good either.
Can I reload 8.04 or 7.10?
I do not like using windows, but it seems that I may be forced to.
This is a new HP computer... all of the above works on windows.

Installed wine and Solfege, apt-get quit unexpectedly while configuring wine,
reinstalled wine - configuration worked fine, after reboot this bug shows up.
