I have removed this a duplicate of bug 295414, which is reported as the wifi disconnecting over and over. This is about the WPA/WPA2 Passphrase request, which is not the same. Reporters of the other bug are not being asked for the passphrase, they are being disconnected constantly, not dependent on download.
