Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: sdr

When opening any dialog box and clicking on any button in SDR (and also
in VIC, so I suspect some underlying shared or common code is involved)
I get an error dialog box:

invalid command name "tkMbButtonUp"
invalid command name "tkMbButtonUp"
    while executing
"tkMbButtonUp .qc.f.media.video.fmt"
    (command bound to event)

Any subsequent mouse button activity (including hitting the "Close
window (X)" button on the window) generates another instance of the same
message.
